We offer a 24 hour helpline to all of our customers ensuring that even in emergency breakdowns they have a place to get in contact with us right away. We also provide site visits and maintenance check ups when requested with one of our experienced engineers to ensure that you can relay your issues to us one on one if needed. We pride ourselves on not only providing you with outstanding quality equipment but also with ensuring that you feel secure and confident in your decision to trust us with any problems you may face over the lifetime of running your plant.  

24 Hour Helpline

Our 24 hour helpline offers Enigma customers the perfect solution to ensure that they can reach one of our engineers if ever a breakdown or issue occurs. If not available right away one of our engineers will get back to you as soon as possible to help with your problem or arrange a suitable time for a site visit to assess and help find a solution in order to have your plant back up and running as soon as they can.


It's essential to us that our Enigma customers have a way to get in touch with us if ever a problem occurs big or small and our goal is to help you maintain an efficient profitable plant with minimal breakdowns, technical issues or faults all year round.   

Request A Site Visit

You're welcome to request Enigma Engineers to attend your site to discuss issues related to any of your iFE equipment if you're in need of advice or technical support. Our engineers have extensive experience in attending our clients sites by request. We work as a trusted UK partnership with iFE Austria, providing exceptional management and technical engineering expertise to assess, plan, program and project manage the creation, maintenance and repair of your business critical equipment. We can also provide bespoke equipment, design and build projects for special applications that are not met by the standard range of machines offered by iFE or anyone else in the market.
